Student Cap & Gown Information

• The University Book Center is the official supplier of commencement regalia for the University of Maryland.

• Caps, gowns, hoods, tassels, invitations, diploma frames, and other commemorative accessories are available in the University Book Center.

• Undergraduate and Master degree students must purchase their regalia.  Students are not permitted to rent.

• The following items are required:

1.      University Of Maryland Stole.

2.      Signet for tassel.

• Regalia are sold in packages. Packages are discounted through December 9, 2007.

• Price increases beginning December 9, 2007.
